Demand for changes in Software IP and responsibilities
We are proud to have collaborated with Dan Shefet on producing a Paper that we hope will shape the software industry in Europe in the future. As Dan said about the obligations of enterprise software publishers in this press conference from the other week – “whatever it takes to maintain their own flawed product must be made available, free of charge, for anybody to use otherwise they shouldn’t put the product on the market or they should forfeit their license protection”
