As Community Manager at Free ICT Europe, Mascha brings together industry stakeholders, policymakers and end users to strengthen the voice of Europe’s independent ICT aftermarket. She supports the organisation’s work to promote fair competition, sustainability, digital resilience and freedom of choice throughout the technology lifecycle.

With a background in IT support, Mascha has seen the practical value of keeping technology working for longer. She is particularly interested in how maintenance, repair, refurbishment and reuse can extend product lifecycles, reduce electronic waste and contribute to Europe’s digital sovereignty.

Her work focuses on building connections, encouraging the exchange of knowledge and ensuring that the practical experience of the ICT aftermarket is heard in the discussions shaping Europe’s technology policies.
