Kjell Olsson

Having started my career with OEMs, built a VAR business, and later worked in the independent aftermarket, I bring a broad, practical perspective to my role as Hardware Committee Lead at Free ICTEurope Foundation (FIE).

I’m passionate about customer ownership rights, opening up the independent aftermarket, and extending hardware lifecycles to improve Digital Sovereignty, reduce costs and environmental impact. Through FIE, I want to help strengthen European ICT organizations economically, geopolitically, and in cybersecurity, contributing to a more open, resilient, and sustainable ICT industry for Europe and the world.
